Returns and Exchange Policy
Any sale item or discontinued stock purchased are not exchangeable or refundable.
We are happy to provide an exchange if you purchased the incorrect size, however it will be the buyer’s obligation to cover all the additional postage costs.
We are happy to provide a refund if an item is for some reason faulty or damaged within 7 days of receipt.
How to make a return
1. All refunds/exchanges need a return authority number. Please phone- 0408567423 or email info@bubboo.com.au to obtain this number.
2. To exchange an item, please clearly mark the return authority number on the parcel and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your items to be returned in.
3. To refund an item if it has been damaged or faulty. Please clearly mark the return authority number on the parcel and a replacement will be arranged.
