RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICIES

Refunds/Replacements

Every Bubboo product is backed by our 90-Day money-back guarantee if you are in any way dissatisfied with the products that we have delivered to you. You must notify us up to 90 days after a purchase of a product(s) for that product(s) to be eligible for a refund. 

 

The full refund will include the sales price after any discount(s) and/or coupon(s) have been applied at the time of purchase and excludes any shipping fees you have been charged for the shipment of the product(s) to you.

 

The product(s) must be returned in adequate quality and re-saleable condition to be elligible for a refund.


To be eligible for a full refund of the sales price you must:

1) Request for a refund either through the Bubboo website chat or email us through customers@bubboo.com.au

2) Return all Previously purchased goods that you want to be refunded to the address 163 Woodcroft Drive, Woodcroft, NSW, 2767

3) Provide us with a tracking number of the returned goods. 


A full refund will be issued to you through the same payment platform you used to pay for the goods on the same day the goods are returned to our shipping address above or by 12pm (AEST) the following day.

Faulty Items

You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned to our address above.

 

We will pay for reasonable postage or transportation costs to get your goods back to us if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so please keep the receipts that we emailed you.
