Visiting and purchasing from the Bubboo website, automatically bounds and obtains the customers' consent to the following terms and conditions.

Express: 1-2 Business Days

Delivery, Cancellations & Returns
Bubboo ships all orders from Victoria, Australia via Australia Post. Purchased items are packaged and dispatched within two business days. Purchases made on a weekend and Australian public holiday, are processed on the next business day.
For incorrect postal addresses, please notify us immediately, on the same day of purchase or by 12pm (AEST) the following day.
Bubboo has the right to cancel a customer's order/s at any time, if the information provided by the customer is inaccurate, incomplete or where items are no longer available in the inventory.
Our customers will receive the following two email notifications:
Confirmation of item/s purchased - Acknowledgement that Bubboo has received the customer's order/s.
Confirmation of shipment - Constitutes Bubboo acceptance of the purchase. It contains details included in the shipment.
Disclaimer of Liability
Purchased and shipped items, will be delivered to the address designated by the customer. Customers must provide their current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on Bubboo website.
All purchases made, are packaged in its original condition and are then secured in an Auspost parcel. An 'email notification delivery' is automatically embedded in all purchases, providing the recipient with delivery updates. A tracking number will be emailed to you after we receive confirmation that your order has bee successfully shipped from our factory.
Prices displayed are in Australian Dollar (AUD). Delivery charges are not quoted for each product, this is displayed when selecting additional shipping options and at checkout. At checkout, customers are required to pay the full price to secure the order.
Current delays for online deliveries due to COVID-19
Our delivery partners, like Australia Post, have been experiencing record demand which means there may be significant delays with your order arriving. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered.
